Once you know that, use BSET to changel the subRX input to AUX
If you do not know which antenna connector is connected to the SubRX AUX
input, you can find out

I built my K3 a couple of years ago complete with second RX. Until now I
have only used the ANT 1 and ANT 2 inputs but thought I would try some
diversity. Having an inv L mainly set for top band and 40m dipole I
thought I might move the 40m dipole to the RX AUX port and listen to
3 matches
