I could not agree more. We used mine at the WS4Y FD for the CW station and it was roundly praised by some very accomplished CW contesters. So far FD has been my only chance to try it in contest conditions but I'm thinking about a serious effort in the 160 CW contests this winter. 73, Bill NZ0T

I agree. As long as you don't have to touch the buttons on the front panel and let the logging software change your bands and modes - just use the VFO, AF/RF Gain, Width and RIT knobs, it's an unbeatable radio. And I didn't drink the Kool-Aid! Thanks for the Q in NAQP. 73HankK8DD
