Sounds like a slow-scan TV program, but it's not. You upload the picture to
a server, then send the URL over the air for the other person to click on.
It has been around for a while, and there were claims it violated the
"pecuniary interest" clause in the regulations, but the hams don't get
money

Well, it seems it does both , sends (Hybrid) to a server;

Some guys were sending .jpeg's back and forth on 80m this morning and I asked
them what program they used.
All were using EasyPal from EasyPal.org (free) .
So I received several pix from the group but was never able to transmit.
