At work, I ran email IM on a second monitor to keep in touch with
clients; while still having a large monitor for work (mostly spreadsheets
drawings).
Worked well for me.

the window by dragging the window to a larger or smaller footprint on
the screen.

by the operate pages controls, so smaller than the current minimum may not be
feasible. It also has to be reasonable at several settings of display expansion

Not sure what your problem is. The utility behaves just like any other
Windows program. It can be moved around and resized as you wish. There is a
minimum size for its window but unless your screen is really tiny that
should not be a problem. I don't think there is anything the program
