Subject: [Elecraft] Key Paddle Kits
Thanks for everyone's comments. The Black Widow seems like a great deal
so I ordered one. I have collection of keys none of which I'm very
happy with. Most are on ebay right now and not getting much attention.
I hope to end up with a nice, light

I built my Kent paddle from the kit also.
I think I got one of the last before Alpha Delta became US distributor.

Does nayone recall a company that makes keyyer paddle kits? I recall a
flurry of comments on various paddles and one that I looked over was
actually a kit for a very reasonable price. I can't seem to turn it up
on a google search.

Doug, here is a paddle kit. I ordered it but have not assembled it yet. The
content and quality looks pretty good.

A few years ago I built this kit:

and am extremely happy with it. The price in US dollars is a fair bit
more now, though, than before...

Maybe the Black Widow paddle?

AES stocks the Kent Paddles, but dunno if they also
stock the kit.
Nice paddles.

I hope to end up with a nice, light compact key with good action and
heavy one
My Kent Paddles are the ones I always go back to. I have, and have had, many
others, but the Kents work for me. Everyone has a different preference for
feel.
