Check the outside connections. Where did you connect the W2 to? Does
your W2 has the VHF-coupler connected? Is the dummy load ok for VHF?

Hello,
I just received my new K244XV in the mail today. I followed the instructions on
how to install in my K3s (with a SN of 111xx). To a tee. I can adjust and see
drive on the RF meter and it looks like I should be driving it to full power
but through a W2 wattmeter into a dummy load, I have
