The recent NCJ reported that in the recent WRTC competition Win-Test was the favorite logging software. Allowing for the fact that Win-Test emphasizes EU contests and N1MM, for example, emphasizes NA contests, is there anything basic to the Win-Test program that accounts for its popularity?

Now now, Bill, I suspect there is a degree of xenophobia among hams in *all* countries but very much less than the general population - simply because of the hobby. I have a paid for copy of Win-Test but I mainly use N1MM because it does more of what I want. Pure pragmatism. 73, Pete F5VNB
