The same questions apply to the K1 as well as the K2.

Ignacy,
How is he trying to load the memories. He must use paddles connected to
the K2 directly and not from an external keyer or a straight key.
Is he pushing the buttons correctly? Does he know the difference
between a button tap and a hold?

I sold my K2 and the person who bought it found that CW memories are not
working. I have never used them. Any idea what could have gone wrong?

I probably should point out that KComm has a feature called Shortcuts that
allow you to save the current frequency and mode in a list on the right. You
can then execute (recall) any shortcut with a double-click. It doesn't save
the power level, but as each shortcut is stored as a sequence of K3

I'd think it would depend to a large extent what properties Elecraft
exposes.

I too like MixW for similar reasons. I imagine Nick Fedoseev would not
require much persuasion to write support for the K3. That might be a better
way forward.

I am fairly new in the K3 world and still in the learning phase but I noted the
following:
When programming a memory one of the parameters that doesn't get stored is what
input you are using.
Let me explain myself.
I love using MIXW software on psk. Why? well when you log a qso
Why not configure MixW to just change frequency and you (the operator)
select the Data mode and just leave it there?

At one time, Mosley offered a semi-automated rotor control box. It
announced in spoken English.
When u pushed an execute command button it spoke the one word GO
Repeated pushings produced Go, go go go go... etc.
Wonderful way to psych self up at beginning of contest?
