Yes there was a big list. It seems that there were various different problems.
What worked for one didn’t work for another. After last year I was hopeful but

Did you try the “Get your ticket by yourself” link? It will ask for your
name/call, email address and order number. That is the way I had to get in when
my link that they mailed to me didn’t work.
