My K3/10 does not seem to want to connect to my Mac Mini computer.  I have disconnected and reconnected the cable from the radio to the computers USB port.  When I try to use the K3 Utility it says Error opening serial port.  It won't connect to either the K3 Utility or MacLoggerDX.  Any ideas?
