with my K3/100. It works very well with this radio. I believe the CM-500
came with some kind of adaptor plug for the mic input (1/8 to 1/4 or vice

My K3 arrived today. I noticed that the MAIN VFO tuning knob is a little stiff
for my liking. I also hear a rubbing sound behind the knob, but in front of the

Has anyone used a THP HL- 1.5KFX amp with the K3? Can you use the amp and K3
with auto band changing data? If so, does the K3 emulate either the ICOM,
Kenwood or Yaesu band tracking data? Otherwise, I would have to change the
bands manually.
