Power pole connectors are okay but they do break! When you use the K3's Tilt Stand the power cable will lean on the desk surface. If you for any reason lift the K3 at the front any higher the sideways pressure on the Power pole connector can break its housing and the spring in the connector is

I need to point out that those retention clips will work fine when you are connecting two APP in-line connectors together, however, they cannot be fitted to the K3/K3S APP connector because the "retainer pin" hole is not accessible at the K3/K3S end. They are fine for connecting one APP cable
