Tom, I just had the same problem here and it turned out to be the Digital I/O board (the one with the RS232 ACC connectors). If you follow the troubleshooting section in the K3 manual, it has you disconnect everything but power to the K3, then remove the Digital I/O board, the KIO3 board and
