As Don said it is not difficult to sort by subject. I also prefer a single list and often find it educational and enjoyable to read about Elecraft products that I do not own. Towertalk does not have separate lists for verticals, Beverages, Yagis, rotators, towers, grounding, etc. One list is easy

On the multiple lists vs. one list: As long as the individual product is placed in the subject line, multiple products are easily dealt with using filters. Filter the posts any way you want (including deleting them) - learn how to use filters in your email client and you can do things such as

Rick; While I agree that it is pretty much critical to have the device name in the subject line, it would be a nightmare for the Elecraft support / development folks to follow multiple email lists. This is the reason that just a few lists were set up (I believe just one until the K4 came out).

It is, here.  The device being commented on, should be part of the header when a thread is started so folks can read it or skip it. But it's MUCH nicer to have separate groups for each item.  One may not have a KX2, KAT500 or other Elecraft device and the often numerous and ponderously long
