AFAIK it's a purely technical issue that's ultimately up to Gala devs, so I
can't see the point of writing it down to the HIG or discussing it here.

standpoint this would mean that the dock icon is still visible) simple

I've downloaded and installed latest iso 2013-03-13. and the live cd is

but there is a huge error. The grub wont load and i cant start the
