Okay, ulatencyd with my configs has landed to ISO daily builds. It should
be enabled by default in yesterday's and newer builds.
The expected effect is smart resource allocation, so software updates or
any other background jobs don't interfere with your work and music player
keeps playing music
performed?
Oh, and it would be great if you upload these benchmarks somewhere and get
some prelink tutorials or wiki pages to link to them. Just to get some real
data out there.

eOS isos.

Use VMware Player or make LiveUSBs using Ubuntu's built-in usb-creator (in

5 isn't implemented, this still needs a lot of thought from designers and
they seem to be busy.
IMHO a hackfest is much more needed to complete Luna than to plan future

My personal opinion, and the only opinion I heard on IRC is Let's use the
BeatBox brand and the code Victor deems best. So looks like the future is

It should be safe to update now. However, a reinstallation from todays
daily build would be cleaner.
If update-manager suggests partial update, don't perform it; instead,
close update-manager and run sudo apt-get dist-upgrade in terminal.

in the other tracker, often not very politely because developers
get tired of support requests in bug reports over time. What we need
is a combined support tracker with bug-o-question tickets that can be
*easily* elevated to bug reports or feature requests by supervisors.

haven't noticed, they're called Firefox Web Browser and
Chromium Web Browser in menus. And I can't see why Midori should be an
exception here.
