I'm a little late for this, but I use forsite.net (in Indiana, USA) and
they will install any module for you. They won't compile it with Apache,
but they will install all modules, which I found to be much better than
any other host that I could find.

connectivity to all world. They are quite open minded for new things and
support embperl. You can even write your own apache handlers and do mod_perl
stuff.
