Running the current TP on the KT with its current acceleration settings
was pretty 'tame'
With the new TP - you could feel it in the floor.. Part of it was the Z
axis has about .0003 backlash - so an audible 'thud' could be heard at
stops/reversals..

Well, I haven't been monitoring the list lately, but came in to find this
buried in a few weeks of old emails this morning. Some answers:
Yes - the Tormach lathe is running LCNC for the motion
I can't even guess how many times I have touched off a tool when I
meant to touch off the coordinates, or more often, the converse, in
Axis.
I have never made this mistake in Touchy.
Because Touchy has two different buttons.
I don't speak TCL, but is it too late / too hard to split the button?
