QTPYVCP is not actually part of the Linuxcnc project but is a
separate project.
I don't think it's necessary to include it.
When I made the Linuxcnc 2.9 ISOs, I just mapped their repositories via APT
but did not install anything.
Perhaps you can release it now, then share a script to install QTPYVC
