Is there a way to get this going again, or should we start to direct users
to build their own package
In the event this has somehow gone unnoticed, it seems both buildbots are
broken.
The html doc pages haven't been updated in quite some time.
I believe Andy committed the PRs that fixed the conflits, but alas, they're
still down.
