Doug, I had a problem with a particular product that was failing hipot. Turns out the product drew 48-50 mA during test. My existing hipot failed the product at 40 mA and 1500 VAC. I had to get the hipot tester modified by the maker to allow the higher current. Unfortunately that cost me in out
