Rich, The 75W exemption may be true for 61000-3-2 but certainly not for 61000-3-3. Unfortunately, it seems to be not well understood by many laboratories as well. I have many reports issued by well-known accredited labs with this 75W statement on 61000-3-3. Regards, Kris ---
