I haven't been dealing with chambers recently, so I don't have the freshest contact info, but there are manufacturers of the chambers and absorbers who can help you modeling it. TDK and Siemens were doing it long time ago, I guess many more have joined meanwhile. Just adding absobers over the

Julian, It can be done with a broadband noise source and a bandpass filter. Several companies manufacture noise sources. I use one made by Noisecom. For the bandpass filter, if you don’t need really steep skirts, a low pass and a high pass filter can be connected in series. A 6 dB attenuator
