Hi Jeff, The GPS directive is designated as 92/59/EEC (an html copy of it is attached). It's posting info in the Official journal is NO. L 228 , 11/08/1992 P. 0024-0032. Sorry, I can't seem to find it again on the web. But, searching on the following web site may produce it for you.
