Hi all, I would like to discuss a few things about Fire Door Control Systems. They are covered by the EU Marine Equipment Directive 96/98/EC and a fire test shall be done according to IMO Resolution MSC.61(67) Annex 1, Part 4. I have a few questions about the test and the equipment under test.

Can anyone tell me whether the old CS10/CS11 pin vs. cable test rationale applies to DO-160D lightning tests? More directly, if it is known that antenna connections to RF ports will always be made with coaxial cables, is there an exclusion for performing pin tests on RF ports to equipment?
