I can't see a LISTSERV command that allows this - anyone help?

Our cal guys are telling me that they are having a hard time finding a
lab that can do 17025 accredited calibrations for our Davis Weather
Monitor that we use on our OATS to measure temp / humidity / and
barometric pressure during our testing.
Any suggestions?

I agree with this - have had success with it in the past.
Minimizes effect to RI setup as well of moving absorbers in and out.
Leave as calibrated.
I did a correlation study with a reference radiator to develop the
correlation factor to the OATS

I know that Cole-Parmer offers cal services (at a substantial added
cost) for its own instruments sold to the public. It stands to reason
that Davis might also.

I triple echo Ken's suggestion. Back when I was managing the HP/Agilent test
lab in Colorado Springs, we installed the waffle-style ferrite panels into
the floor permanently, with plywood and carpeting over the top within our 3m
chamber (3 or 4-foot conventional carbon-loaded absorber

Ahh; if you were in the Northeast I had a couple of suggestions. The
only place I've dealt with getting ISO 17025 accredited calibration in
Florida is Voltech (Fort Myers), but they probably only do their own
equipment.
I assume you know about Simco?
Hi Ken
I didn't but do now - few people have directed us there
Thanks and thanks to all who have responded

Transcat will cal stuff that does these parameters and does 17025. RH, temp,
and atm pressure xdcrs are common stuff. What is wrong with these cal-lab
people?
Possible to remove transducers/sensors and send to cal lab to do tables?
Most Davis systems are not NWS-grade, and the rated accuracies
Agreed that the instrument needs to be calibrated, but the degree of accuracy
doesn't need to be NWS grade (IMHO). What you are demonstrating is that the
environmental conditions are within the range specified for the test. And if
you have enough control you shouldn't be pushing the edges, so
Thank you everyone for the helpful feedback. The consensus is clearly: Save my
back and leave the absorber and ferrite tiles in place. Compare radiated
emissions measurements in the chamber to those on the OATS (several suggested a
comb generator for this purpose). Assign an adjustment

As others have suggested, I'd recommend leaving you chamber as it is, HOWEVER,
I would perform correlation to OATS using some of your typical EUT, as well as
a CNE or other noisy box - I've seen 10dB difference, relative to limit,
between 3m FAC's and 10m OATS measurement when measuring an
Hi Mac,
NVLAP requires that you follow Annex B of NIST HB-150. An accredited
calibration is not the only way, just the lazy way.
Are you sure you need to record these parameters? If your standard has
no limits, then quite possibly you could argue out of recording them.
