I'm reading this thing and
1. Read 645-5 one way and it might be read
to require ANY ITE equipment on a raised
floor environment to have DP type cables.
As in the second to last para that states
Section 645-5(d)(5) requires interconnecting
cables used under raised floors

recommendation of the ISO/IEC Joint Technical Advisory Board.
