Hi experts,
I’m having trouble finding a test lab with an environmental chamber large
enough to do temperature cycling on a heat exchanger measuring 3.4m long, 0.7m
tall, and 0.3m wide. Anybody know of one?

Another thin material to consider is Nomex. Good fire retardard properties,
but likely thicker and more expensive than Kapton tape.

application that made this the next step up. Presumably it isn't economical to

The power supply PCB’s I see have holes or slots cut in them between the pointy
conductors. The arc occurs across the air gap. This avoids the carbon
tracking on the PCB condition raised below.

I've understood from the USB 2.0 spec quoted below the maximum current provided
should be no more than 5A. Has this changed?
I've also noted that it isn't hard to find hubs that allow more than 5A to
individual ports.
