The FAA allows Bluetooth throughout the duration of a flight. See the following 
press release from 2013.

Individual airlines can place stricter requirements on the operation of 
wireless devices if they choose, but I doubt many would consider BLE hearing 
aids to be an issue. In addition, the FAA rules only apply to flights within 
the FAA’s jurisdiction. I can make no statement for flights outside of the 
United States.
