I don't think that you can easily convert IP to NEMA codes. However, there
is a nice little chart which converts NEMA to IP. You can locate it at
http://www.ul.com/hazloc/ref/conversion.htm
The standard which defines the NEMA codes is NEMA-250,1997.

NEMA 250 , appendix A has a chart that makes the
