Ian,
Yabut... Mount it to what? With the DB25 connectors
mounted on opposite sides like that I can't really mount it inside my
controller box because one side goes to the pendant, and the other
side goes to the parallel port on the computer.

Digi-Key AE1374 from Assmann, this is good for IEEE-1284 (EPP mode)
as well as all other purposes.

So, I might have mentioned that I received a new pendant and got it
hooked up and running the other day. I'd been using one of the
Logitech joypads, and while it didn't do incremental jogs, it did do
continuos motion jogs by holding the joy stick over.
I was playing around over the weekend,

Yes. But the solution is easy.
Just combine the mux4s with loadrt mux4
Hi Mark,
Some of the CNC4PC boards are almost unmountable.. I think he leaves
out the holes to minimize the board space and the cost.. But I sure
wish he would add in a half square inch of extra board space for holes!
I'd pay another dollar or two for holes!
If I wanted to panel mount that
You could just pop it in a metal box - mount it using one
of the DB25s, make up a short DB25m - DB25f cable and mount
the free end of that to the box adjacent to the first DB25 -
i.e. one under the other. Of course, the other end of the
short cable plugs into the other side of your board.

Chris, I actually have a Ferguson R15 rotary indexer. I have no idea

There are some indexers made for CNC work that

Igor,
My Uncle has a few of those Haas 5C units. Back in the late 80's or early 90's
Haas sent me a small potted interface box to allow the Haas 5C to be used on
our Hurco mill. 4 wires to the CNC, 4 wires to Haas. Its a simple opto
isolation unit. I have the schematic for it.

I need to advance the A Axis in a while loop and when a photo cell changes
state, then advance to a predetermine position.
Also the functions:

Not too sure which file to place the code for M100 to M199.
Maybe be there is a tutorial or two

it happen with me also. I turn off machine/EMC2 and when i restart next
day EMC2 behave differently- constant error for all axis. while all axis
work perfectly before.
My solution for that problem - put CD back and install new copy of EMC2.

today I started my machine and EMC2
