I refreshed all keys from the pgp.mit.edu server. Mine was included and
showed "no change."

I had previously uploaded it to the gnupgp server but have now uploaded
it to mit as well. However, it previously worked.
Also, when I send myself a message it decrypts and shows a good
signature except when I post to the list here.

If the old message was encrypted to the old key the only the old key
