Hello
in my new company, with a friend of mine, we have started a
"Linux Master Server" project: ie with FAI we install all new computers
automaticaly. We have chosen Debian Etch as a starting point but with a
few improvements. E17 is one of the most important ones.
We ran into a few troubles wit
On my computer, I found raising the framerate to 60 or more in the
performance configuration makes the sliding much smoother, even with
dropshadows still on.
Firefox still lags quite a lot though, but disabling dropshadows makes
it slide smoothly too. I guess Firefox takes too much CPU to redraw

My take on the situation, just use pixel sizes. I use them all the
time and they provide almost 100% consistent results while still
allowing the browser to resize them just fine. Using em, pt, or % is
just too inconsistent for my tastes.

Well, the problem seems to be the paragraphs are set to "0.7em" when
(supposedly, by the w3c) main content text should never go under 1em.
in my experience, setting the font size in body { } to 76% then using "em" in
the rest of the site (going under 1 only for very specific styles of text)

Hey,
It can be interesting to detect the evas modules (engines, loaders,
savers) with pkg-config. I can see several possibilities:
1) using a variable for each module in evas.pc, which can be retrieved
with pkg-config --variable=VARIABLENAME evas
2) using a variable for each kind of module, l
