We need a better way to do that, i know, but atm there's the only way
to stop spam pages.
Looks like that admins still can create new pages in Trac.

Hello, I just finished to do a big cleanup for spam pages in Trac.
I done a similiar job for Trac accounts, removing spam accounts.
BTW, handling the Trac users list is very hard, and sometimes isn't
clear to understand
if an account is a *real* account or a fake.

I'm building my own rpms for EFL and some packages are installing
*-ver-pre-svn-* files.
The problem is that the specs are not ready for this.
Are they not ready because this shouldn't happen and I'm doing something
wrong, or can I commit my fixes to the rpm specs as I move along?
