I've been getting periordic and inconsitent tooltips that popup black.
The same behavior happens with menus.
- Ubuntu 12.4 (up to date and can't upgrade to a later version)

Most of the tests from elementary_test are done. Once I figure out how to
handle the void *event_info from the callbacks in XS I can finish the tests.
And I'm off to handle the rest of EFL...

I'm almost done with development on Perl XS Elementary bindings and I have a
few questions before I release it to the wild.
1. What are my licensing options? Is there a recommended license I should use?

Looks like http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/changeset/39985 broke compiling (at
least on Linux/amd64).
If you revert what was done in ecore_evas_util.c it seems to work.
