Gadgets are not so different from panel applets come from other DE: task
manager, mail fetcher, weather, feed, ...
I think you give their position much value it has, but not big deal, this is
just my opinion.
Maybe if there were lots of modules, like GNOME 3 applet, maybe could be a
"network"
Does E19 RC3 works with X or this and the next releases will work only
with wayland?
Thank you for your work.

Interesting but I can't download on your blog the themes.

So using an E18 EDJ+ELM theme will be unusuable on E19 or simply the EDJ
part will be ignored?

Hi to all,
So E19 will abandon old groups (like "e/widgets/*") and will use only
elm groups?
I'm writing a E18 themes (EDJ + ELM groups) that seems to works on E19:
will it be unusuable with stable version on E19?
Thank you!

Hi guys!
I'm creating a theme that has an Everything module with rounded corner
and I need to manage the alpha channel, otherwise I saw a black
background through the rounded corner.
On E17 I've simply added data.item: "shaped" 1; on
e/modules/everything/main group to tell E to manage this with it
nt, not always needed
color3: 255 255 255 255;
color_class: "text";
}
}
Especially with cyan glowing text.
Maybe #defines can be equaly usefull, especially if you don't want to
change it dinamically with Settings->Look->Colors.

What is your idea with colorclasses?
At the moment I know that they can't change dinamically (with Settings
-> Look -> Colors) on Elementary, but only on Edje.
I'm creating a light theme GTK-similar and I could help you, maybe.
