This is a bugfix only release which fixes a number of problems in
0.16.7:
Major problems:
- Window placement after restart could get messed up.
- Restarting with more than some number (16-32?) of windows on one
desktop would crash E.
- E could stop responding to mouse clicks.

I ran into a funky issue with evidence today, not sure if you
consider this a show-stopper though. When running evidence

DR16.7.1 for Solaris/SPARC is up and ready to fly. Tested on both
Solaris9 and Solaris10, built
