Given that eo_add is such a key API I think we have to go with the nicer
syntax and deal with the internal Dev overheads. There are already enough
complaints about efl being tough to learn without baking strangeness into a
core API!

Even with this, Enlightenment on Wayland is not ready for daily use. There
is still a lot of instability and you will quite literally lose everything
any time a crash occurs.
