Have you tried submitting the file or URL to Palo Alto as a false positive?

Our Palo Alto firewall is blocking it as a virus when copying by SMB. Previous
versions and other locales aren't blocked. SHA256 is good. VirusTotal scan is
good (other than the usual false positive from Cylance). Our firewall is
government controlled, so we can't add an exception.
