Greetings. As some have already noticed, we have dropped the repoview files that we used to have along side EPEL files on mirrors.
While it was nice to be able to use a browser to look at packages there, we realized that it was causing a massive amount of churn for our mirror network. Every small repoview file was regenerated on every single update push. This meant mirrors were getting hundreds of thousands of small files changed many times a day. There are a number of alternative tools available with the same or similar information: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/ or https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/releases/ We hope those will meet users needs while making things much easier on our mirroring network.
