To get a package in EPEL8, please open a bugzilla to have it put in. I just checked, and there currently isn't a bugzilla requesting it. It will also need the following packages put into EPEL8 to build and possibly run. python3-cairosvg python3-dnfdaemon python3-notify2 python3-pystray
