We have been working to get the p2 tests integrated with the build so they are run as part of the automated test framework. Unfortuanatly we have some tests which are testing (and therefore referencing) bundles which aren't included in the SDK so there were failures. We have pulled these tests

Yeah, I see your point. It really belongs as some kind of Remote Communication UI Support stuff available for all plug-ins. Especially now that ECF is in the SDK via p2 I could imagine the day when - update sites, CVS repos, etc. are all using ECF - all of these things use the same security
