[EVDL] importing an electric Scooter

I've been looking into importing an ev Scooter , I don't like regualar motorcycles becuse of more possible leg injuries and cold wheather riding. and alas no one sells them sence Vectrix is gone.and BMW is thousandsss... I like being inside a scooter for rain, cold, and a floor board to carry
