When using evince on a tablet with only my fingers or a 2-button stylus (no
middle-click) it's impossible to use the Pan-Scrolling feature, which is the
best way to get around a document in that situation. I've added a "Pan mode"
switch the ev-view which swaps buttons 1 and 2 when active. For me t
