Hi,
There is only one way to influence the appearance of evolution and that
is through editing gtkrc manually.
It would be great if there was a utility that did this.
for example I use the Ocean-Dream theme which is a derivative of the
'LighthouseBlue' theme.

Symantec SMTP for gateways(Virus Check)

Hi,
there are two (recent?) bugs in the daily snapshots:
* When I switch to a folder full of new mails, no mail is
selected. Then, when I hit ctrl-A to select them all, nothing
happens. I have to manyually click on a mail, then hit ctrl-A.

I'm very close to what I want, but it seems like I've needed to jump
through some hoops to make it work. I'm hoping that someone can offer
some evolution assistance...
Using uw-imap I've noticed that Evolution sees /var/spool/$USER as
INBOX, and that it is possible for Evolution to see mbox
Interestingly I just set up mac mail to point to the imap server, and it
is able to browse the whole $HOMEDIR filesystem.
Can Evolution do that? Do i need to do something with folder
subscription to pull this off?

As i said earlier, just copy the files across to that directory structure - you don't want to access the stuff directly in ~/evolution, one its fugly, and two, you'll end up with clashes.
After you've copied/moved them, then go to folder subscriptions and subscribe to them. thats whats
you're right about the clashes, and I definitely DON'T want that.
Conceptually i was struggling with the imap server not sharing the
folders. It was, but because the default evolution behavior us to only
show subscribed folders, I didn't realize that. After futzing with the

Don't you think that this theme editor would be better suited as a

you should request this on one of the GNOME or gtk lists, not here.

How do I set the default page size for printing from evolution to letter

I've googled and looked around the source code for evolution, gnome etc,
but can't figure this out (there's just two much source code to look
at).
I'm running evo on KDE (RH9 and CUPS),
The settings would be system GNOME settings, so your best bet would be
to ask on one of the GNOME lists.

My guess is that's it's the mail server that says stop. Not evolution.
If that's the case there is no way for evolution to know that it will
not be allowed until the server says stop.
Someone will probably correct me if it's actually evo that stops it
