[Evolution] Attachment names with áóéíñ screwed up

Umm, this is not a bug. rfc2046: content := "Content-Type" ":" type "/" subtype *(";" parameter) ; Matching of media type and subtype ; is ALWAYS case-insensitive. parameter := attribute "=" value attribute := token
