I have confirmed MailTo from Chrome works on Evolution 3.44.1-0ubuntu1 installed from Ubuntu Software on my daily driver. It does not work on Evolution Flatpak 3.44.4 on Chrome on any of my systems. I am going to try a brand new install of a non Ubuntu based distro like Fedora on my test device.
