I've just installed evolution for the first time. So the problems I have are still on
a very basic level. The first one: how can I share data between two installations of
evolution on different computers. I just tried to copy the content of the
~/evolution/Tasks folder from one

First time I started it the startup assistant started, but it crashed.
So, I did not get any netscape mail, filters etc. into evolution.
How do I rerun the startup assistant?

This sounds like a problem with your SMTP server. HELO is a very basic
SMTP command and initiates the SMTP transaction from the client to the
server. Which SMTP server is your ISP providing? Can you use other mail
clients with that server without any problems?

Which is what I said at the end. I understand the want for it, I debate
the suggestion that it should be default for IMAP users, as it is more
likely to cause problems. This is a personal preference, not by any means
a limitation.

This is not a big one but it is quite anoying and should be easy to fix.
I have a dual head system with a Matrox G550. Instead of having a wide
desktop I have it setup as to independent display. The first display is
:0.0, then second display is :0.1. When I start evolution and pass it
