You could log into the mailbox with a MAPI client and configure Out of
Office. That's the only interface I know of. You could upgrade to Exchange
2000 where Out of Office is exposed to in OWA. You could figure out the
programmatic interface, but it won't be ADSI because as far as I know this

the Bug Fix Forum.
