Exchange 2000 and w2k cluster problem

Hello all, we encounter an big problem to configure exchange 2000 (sp3) for windows 2000 (also sp3) cluster usage (active/passive). If we try to setup the Exchange System Attendant as a resource within the cluster, we always get the error message:
